88phl Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 88phl platform — including the website, mobile browser interface, games, promotions, and customer support services — you ("the User," "you," or "Player") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 88phl Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the 88phl platform.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 88phl. Your continued use of the platform following any posted updates to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of those changes.

Each game on the 88phl platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, payment, and conduct matters.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, 88phl will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, 88phl shall not be liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control. Any bets placed during a confirmed system malfunction may be voided at 88phl's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88phl platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to 88phl support immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 88phl staff or other players.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing a minor (person under 21 years of age) to access or use your 88phl account.

88phl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. We encourage all players to treat gambling as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 88phl players:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 88phl platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 88phl content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on 88phl content.
• Use any 88phl trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner not expressly authorized.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the 88phl platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 88phl, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond 88phl's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Decisions made based on information provided on the platform.

88phl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 88phl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

88phl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 88phl platform, you agree to first contact 88phl's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. 88phl will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

88phl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 88phl will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 88phl platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
